Description
The Arkansas Army National Guard is seeking capability information for a combined virtual and physical postage management solution. The requirement includes one high-volume physical postage meter system at Camp Joseph T. Robinson and 19 virtual postage accounts serving locations throughout Arkansas. The physical system must include metering, sorting, feeding, stacking, weighing, barcode scanning, label printing, USPS Intelligent Mail Indicia capability, package tracking, electronic signature capture, and electronic return receipt functionality. The contractor must provide a centralized web-based administration portal for account management, fund transfers, usage reporting, and consolidated billing, with no local client software or drivers required. The scope also includes installation, network coordination, statewide deployment, onsite and online training, consumables ordering, maintenance, technical support, demonstrations, and next-business-day onsite restoration. The anticipated structure is one 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years. This is a sources-sought RFI and not a solicitation for proposals or quotations.
