Description
Bynum Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Category One leased lit fiber internet access and data transmission services. The requested bandwidth ranges from 500 Mbps to 5 Gbps, with the vendor attachment identifying one-, three-, and five-year contract term options and bandwidth options of 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 5 Gbps. Proposals may include equivalent, higher, lower-quantity, or more cost-effective service offerings. Installation and initial configuration may be required depending on the proposed service, and technical support may be requested as needed. Eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. Vendors must have a valid or temporary SPIN, comply with applicable Texas Education Agency purchasing guidelines, and submit proposals electronically through the designated RFP system.
