Description
Quincy Township is soliciting sealed bids for construction improvements to its wastewater treatment plant. The project includes clarifier baffle installations; aeration system extensions; structural steel rehabilitation in the influent building; clarifier slide gate and rotary skimmer replacements; chain and flight system rehabilitation; effluent slide gate installation; domestic water and reuse washwater piping rehabilitation; slide rail improvements; equalization basin withdrawal piping; clarifier sludge withdrawal piping rehabilitation; site restoration; and related appurtenant work. The estimated project cost is $150,000. Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wages apply. Bid security is required in accordance with the Information for Bidders. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference will include a visit to the treatment plant site.
