Description
The US Educational Technology Purchasing Alliance (USETPA) is soliciting proposals for an indefinite-quantity master convenience contract covering Ubiquiti products or equivalent offerings. The scope includes wired and wireless LAN/MAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, wireless access points and controllers, firewalls, racks, cabling, UPS and battery backup equipment, network security, servers, storage, cloud and managed services, professional services, installation, configuration, training, maintenance, support, leasing, and related information technology products and services. Vendors may respond to all or selected portions of the scope, and multiple vendors may be awarded contracts. Responses must include pricing discounts, product and service descriptions, applicable SKU information, manufacturer price lists or catalogs, warranties, maintenance and support plans, authorization documentation where applicable, financial stability and credit documentation, references, geographic service coverage, and required appendices. The resulting contract is intended to support purchases by participating schools, libraries, local governments, and other eligible public or educational entities, including potential E-Rate purchases. The solicitation states a five-year initial term with an option for one additional five-year extension, plus provisions describing possible two-year renewals up to a maximum total term of ten years.
