Description
Lowndes County is soliciting one vendor for coffee services at county buildings. The scope includes monthly rental of one coffee machine and two glass coffee pots per location; Maxwell House Master Blend and a comparable house-brand coffee, both caffeinated and decaffeinated; filters, stirrers, sugar, sweetener, non-dairy creamer, 12-ounce flat Styrofoam cups, and related products. Vendors must provide pricing for setup or deposit fees, monthly delivery charges, other fees, package quantities, and renewal-period price increases. Machines must be cleaned monthly, coffee pots must be rotated regularly, and the vendor must respond to emergencies within 48 hours of contact. The contract is for one year beginning January 1, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options. Award will be based primarily on the lowest applicable coffee and other listed unit prices, excluding Styrofoam cups.
