Description
Lee County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting a qualified consultant to assess, design, engineer, and document the scope of work for new one-story, stand-alone safe room facilities at two separate land parcels in Lee County, Florida. The work is funded in part by HUD Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery and FEMA/Florida Division of Emergency Management Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds and must comply with applicable federal grant requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200 and 24 CFR Part 570. The response must include a single PDF Evaluation Criteria Package covering the introduction and company description, firm qualifications, relevant experience and references, approach, and personnel. A separate single PDF Forms Package containing all required forms must also be submitted; the two packages may not be combined. Responses may be submitted electronically through the county's procurement portal or hand-delivered as sealed proposals. ZIP files are prohibited.
