Description
Ramsey County, through its Regional Rail Authority Department, is soliciting bids from a prime contractor for the Union Depot Escalator Replacement project. The contractor must provide all supplies, equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals required to remove and install the escalator systems. The solicitation includes business inclusion and prevailing wage requirements. A 5% bid bond is required. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at Union Depot, and an onsite visual inspection is scheduled for August 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
