Description
Tarrant Regional Water District seeks one new, current-production-year truck-mounted drilling rig delivered as a complete, integrated, operational unit. The rig must support heavy-duty drilling operations and legal roadway transport without an oversize or overweight permit under normal operating conditions. Minimum requirements include a three-driven-axle 6x6 chassis, diesel engine rated at least 350 horsepower, automatic transmission, hydrostatic rotary drilling system, at least 45,000 foot-pounds of rotary torque, at least 37 feet of drilling depth, at least 21,700 pounds of crowd force, an 18,000-pound Kelly winch, a 4,500-pound service winch, water tank, indicators, deck extension, storage boxes, and stabilizing equipment. The contractor must provide engineering, fabrication, installation, testing, documentation, delivery, operator and routine-maintenance training, warranty support, and all required equipment and accessories. The completed unit must be delivered before September 30, 2027. Proposals are evaluated on price, technical compliance, delivery schedule, and references. The response must include a signed cover letter, itemized pricing, a detailed compliance matrix and technical proposal, delivery schedule, warranty and support information, and three references for comparable units delivered within the past five years, along with the required forms and certifications.
