Description
Will Carleton Charter School Academy is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access and data transmission service with capacity between 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps. The requested internet service should include at least one static IP address, itemization of provider-owned connectivity equipment, web-based statistical analysis access, end-to-end maintenance, and, if possible, a 99.97% uptime guarantee and four-hour maximum service response time. The Category 2 requirements include approximately one Cisco C9300-48-HXN-EDU switch or equivalent, one 1100W secondary power supply, two compatible stacking kits, optional seven-year licensing, approximately four Cisco CW9164I-B wireless access points or equivalents, related antennas, connectors, cabling, and basic maintenance for switches and wireless access points. No installation is required for the listed switches or wireless access points. Vendors must itemize non-eligible products and services, hold an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 filing and active SAM.gov registration, and provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance and a $2 million liability insurance umbrella upon award. The buyer may select more than one provider and may consider multi-year contracts.
