Description
Marion Military Institute is soliciting prequalification proposals from general contractors for a single-prime contract to demolish and construct a new 180,000-square-foot quad on its historic campus. The project includes site preparation, grading, foundations for site walls, utility upgrades, heavy-duty paving, parking, site lighting, monument relocation, flagpoles, landscaping, and irrigation. Prequalification proposals must be submitted electronically or delivered by 5:00 p.m. local time on September 29, 2026. Sealed bids will be accepted at Marion Military Institute on October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The project is federally funded and must comply with Build America, Buy America Act requirements.
