Description
The City of Austin is seeking a quote for one digital valve positioner: a Woodward DVP, 24 VDC unit for NOx, water, and fuel valves, identified as Woodward part number 8200-507 and associated with locations S1-ABCS, S2-ABCS, S3-ABCS, and S4-ABCS. The quoted price must include handling, shipping, applicable discounts, and delivery on an FOB destination, prepaid-and-allowed basis. The City does not guarantee purchase of the listed quantity. Offerors must complete and submit the provided pricing submittal sheet and signed offer sheet. Products must meet or exceed City specifications; equivalent products may be considered subject to the City's determination. If offering a product not referenced in the solicitation, the offer must include manufacturer specifications or descriptive literature identifying the manufacturer and product number and demonstrating compliance. The solicitation also includes required certifications concerning non-discrimination, bidder status and manufacturing, debarment, wage theft, and critical electrical grid equipment where applicable.
