Description
The USDA Agricultural Research Service is soliciting quotes for the demolition of Building 7, including the attached greenhouse, located at their Oklahoma and Central Plains Agricultural Research Center in Woodward, Oklahoma. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that has been set aside for small business concerns. The project involves the complete removal of the building, attached greenhouse, slabs, sidewalks, and foundations, with proper disposal of all materials in accordance with local, state, and national codes. The demolition also includes hazardous materials abatement as detailed in Attachment 5, Woodward Building 7 Hazmat Report. Additionally, the project requires pre-demolition services to photograph Building 7 to National Register standards for submission to the Oklahoma Historical Society as mitigation for adverse effects. Utilities serving Building 7 will need to be capped or rerouted as necessary.
