Description
The City of Bartlesville is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of aggregate base materials under a one-year contract beginning October 7, 2026. Requested materials include Class A aggregate in multiple sizes, crusher run, chips, bedding, shot rock, rip rap, new and asphalt screenings, pugged base, and manufactured sand. Bidders must provide prices per ton for plant-trailer and bobtail delivery, as applicable, and identify any supply-reservation requirements. Materials must be free of deleterious substances and meet specified gradation limits. Coarse aggregate must consist of sound, durable gravel, stone, crushed concrete, or a combination thereof; the retained aggregate must have no more than 60% wear under the Los Angeles Abrasion Test, and materials with prohibited rock, clay, or conglomerated particles may not be delivered. Bids must include the completed bid form and non-collusion affidavit, submitted in a sealed envelope identified with the bidder's name, address, and bid number.
