Description
BC Hydro is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive Audio-Visual (AV) Services. This includes the end-to-end delivery of AV solutions, covering the supply of AV equipment, design, installation, and integration. The scope also encompasses ongoing technical support, break-fix services, and the environmentally compliant removal and recycling of end-of-life equipment. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis to support both standardized and specialized meeting spaces throughout British Columbia. The contract is anticipated to have an initial term of five years, with the possibility of extensions for up to ten additional years, for a potential total term of fifteen years. This procurement may involve negotiation and is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. All responses must be in English.
