The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Technical Assistance is recruiting an individual Senior Advisor for its Government Debt and Infrastructure Finance program under a full-time personal services contract. The advisor will provide leadership for international technical assistance projects involving sovereign debt issuance and management, debt capital-market development, public infrastructure financing, contingent-liability management, and related public-sector financial advisory work. Responsibilities include managing technical-assistance requests and assessments, designing and monitoring projects, advising foreign government counterparts, reviewing program materials, supporting recruitment of technical advisors, preparing briefing materials and memoranda, and coordinating with U.S. agencies and international organizations. The position is based in the United States and requires extensive international travel. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, and must obtain State Department medical clearance for worldwide travel. Individuals must submit a cover letter and resume; companies may not submit resumes on behalf of individuals. The stated hourly rate is $81.11 to $100.38, subject to program regulations.
