Description
The California Department of Water Resources is soliciting routine janitorial services for the San Luis Field Division at the Gianelli Pumping and Generating Plant and Dos Amigos Pumping Plant. Services include daily, weekly, quarterly, and semiannual cleaning of restrooms, offices, kitchens, breakrooms, stairwells, elevators, floors, windows, furnishings, trash receptacles, and exterior areas. The contractor must provide cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, equipment, personal protective equipment, trained personnel, service logs, and related safety documentation. The scope also includes employee training for Department of Water Resources personnel and emergency call-out services for biohazardous waste incidents, with response and commencement within four hours of notification. The anticipated agreement term is three years.
