The U.S. Army intends to make a firm-fixed-price sole-source award to Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS) CSI Intellidact software licenses and maintenance support for U.S. Human Resources Command. The stated period of performance is October 13, 2026, through October 12, 2027.
