Description
Risen Christ Catholic School is soliciting competitive proposals for E-Rate-eligible Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC). MIBS may include monitoring and alerting, configuration management, firmware and software updates, WLAN management, security policy administration, reporting, performance optimization, incident response, documentation maintenance, and help desk or escalation support. BMIC may include repair, break/fix support, diagnostics, replacement of failed components, configuration restoration, manufacturer-support coordination, eligible patches and updates, and technical support. The equipment inventory includes Ruckus switches, transceivers, and wireless access points; a SonicWall TZ670 firewall; and APC Smart UPS units. Respondents must provide separate, itemized pricing for MIBS and BMIC, including extended totals, eligible and ineligible allocations, recurring and nonrecurring charges, labor, licensing, maintenance fees, taxes, fees, and surcharges. Pricing options are required for 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms, with the initial contract term expressly commencing July 1, 2027, and concluding June 30, 2028. The proposal must include the applicant name, billed entity number, FCC Form 470 number, service provider name and SPIN, provider contact information, and terms and conditions; several E-Rate compliance certifications are encouraged. Physical-equipment-only proposals will be disqualified.
