The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for a two-phase scope-dredge-to-budget contract for maintenance dredging in Texas. In Phase I, the Government will evaluate qualification proposals and select up to five of the most highly qualified offerors to participate in Phase II. The solicitation is a small-business set-aside.
