Description
The contractor shall provide non-personal Family Advocacy Program prevention education and coordination services for Army Community Services at USAG Italy, Camp Darby. Duties include teaching and coordinating classes and briefings on child abuse, domestic violence, teen dating violence, stress and anger management, parenting, relationship safety, and related prevention topics; supporting community outreach and special events; marketing approved educational resources; maintaining unit and training databases; coordinating meetings; entering data; and preparing required monthly memoranda, logs, and reports. Clinical counseling services are excluded. The requirement is for one on-site Prevention Education Coordinator working approximately 40 hours per week. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a specified social, behavioral, health, counseling, psychology, social work, or public-health field, at least one year of experience in family and children's services or advocacy, community-program organization, and family-violence prevention, English proficiency at Level 3 or higher, and favorable background checks including C-NACI and local installation checks. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a base year and four option years. Amendment 0001 replaces the Performance Work Statement and Experience Questionnaire, establishes government-priced travel CLINs, and extends the response deadline to September 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central European Time.
