Description
Cresco Building Service, Inc., serving as construction manager at risk, is seeking subcontractors to complete additions and renovations at the South Winneshiek Community School District high school campus. The project includes demolition of part of an existing two-story building and construction of an approximately 49,000-square-foot, two-story addition containing offices, classrooms, a commercial kitchen, cafeteria and commons areas, a competition gymnasium, locker rooms, a weight room, library and media spaces, meeting areas, and a suspended walking track. The work is divided into preliminary bid packages covering building demolition; concrete, steel, and precast; masonry; general construction; roofing; aluminum and glazing; metal framing and drywall; ceilings and sound panels; flooring and ceramic tile; painting; gym equipment and flooring; bleachers; food service equipment; fire suppression; mechanical; electrical; and site improvements. Related work includes plumbing, HVAC and boiler-system replacement, electrical service and distribution, lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, communications cabling, paging, and security-system conduit rough-in. Respondents must complete the provided Statement of Qualifications and may include supporting documentation. Qualification review considers safety, experience and past performance, technical expertise and personnel qualifications, financial capacity and stability, regulatory compliance, and EMR rating.
