Description
The Union County Utilities Authority is soliciting qualification statements from individuals, firms, or organizations to provide conflict engineering services related to the Clark Reservoir project. The scope includes reviewing documentation and records concerning the generation, transportation, disposal, beneficial reuse, and recycling of solid waste, excavation, dredged, sediment, and related materials; preparing or reviewing reports, permits, and applications; reviewing and preparing correspondence; attending meetings; and coordinating with Authority personnel and governmental agencies. Respondents must demonstrate experience with sediment and dredging projects, comparable public-agency records reviews or compliance audits, New Jersey and Pennsylvania regulatory requirements, and applicable licensing. The proposed project manager must be a New Jersey-licensed Professional Engineer with access to a New Jersey-licensed Site Remediation Professional. Responses must include an executive summary, completed exhibits, business registration and affirmative-action documentation, a cost proposal or hourly rate schedule, relevant experience, three business references, subcontractor information, and key-personnel resumes.
