Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking quotations for two Fuji Electric FSC-4 Portaflow-C ultrasonic flow meter kits for 2- to 48-inch pipes and two Dakota NDT ZX3 thickness gauges. The equipment must be delivered fully assembled where applicable, updated to the latest firmware, and ready for use, with an itemized packing slip including serial numbers and warranty information for each delivery location. The purchase is brand-specific because the equipment must be compatible with existing Fuji flow meter systems used by USDA-NRCS Texas. The contractor must provide unlimited lifetime technical support by phone, assign a project manager upon award, comply with applicable OSHA and EPA regulations, and complete delivery by the stated performance deadline. Quotations must include pricing for all line items; the government anticipates a firm-fixed-price award and may make multiple awards, although it intends to make one award.
