Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center seeks one contractor to upgrade and replace the existing perimeter fencing at its Glynco facility. The work includes site preparation, removal of existing fencing, excavation, grading, concrete foundations, installation of new fencing and gates, security hardware, temporary security measures, and restoration of disturbed areas. The completed system must satisfy anti-climb, anti-scale, anti-cut, and anti-crash requirements and comply with Interagency Security Committee, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, ASTM F2656 M30/P1, and applicable regulatory standards. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, safety management, and permits. Proposals must include a technical proposal, price proposal, completed and signed bid sheet, and required representations and certifications. The evaluation considers project experience, key personnel, past performance, and price; offerors must provide up to three relevant fence-installation projects completed within the past five years. The period of performance is September 30, 2026, through March 31, 2027. Amendment Two extends the offer deadline to September 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time and requires acknowledgment of the amendment.
