Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Cyprus is seeking an individual contractor to provide event organization and implementation support for Cultural Heritage, Local Infrastructure Facility, and Support Facility to Technical Committees projects. Services may include planning, participant registration and attendance management, stakeholder coordination, venue and catering arrangements, travel and accommodation logistics, visibility-material management, on-site support, and post-event reporting. The 12-month individual-contractor framework agreement will operate on an as-needed, output-based call-off basis and may cover standard events, medium-scale events, complex multi-day events, retreats, community engagement activities, workshops, conferences, and technical visits. The contractor must meet specified education and professional-experience requirements, provide references and a driving licence, and be able to travel throughout Cyprus, including occasional work outside normal hours, on weekends, and on public holidays.
