Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability information for a design-build project to survey and remediate trip and fall hazards across the facility. The work includes design services and construction to repair or replace damaged parking lots, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, exterior stairs, crosswalks, wheel stops, and signage; repave designated areas; improve drainage and accessibility; and landscape designated buffers, including installing pavers and tree infrastructure. The contractor will also install a manual emergency access gate and protect, reuse, or replace affected site furnishings and infrastructure. The design-build team must provide multidisciplinary design, stamped construction documents and specifications, construction-period services, site visits, quality-control reviews, and construction. Interested firms are asked to submit capability information using the attached Sources Sought Response Form, including business size and socioeconomic status, SAM and SBA verification information where applicable, and bonding capacity. A per-project bonding capacity of at least $5 million is specified as acceptable for this notice. This is market research only; no contract will be awarded directly from this announcement.
