The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract for levee repair at Corning and Holt 10 Levee in Holt County, Missouri. The scope includes furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision for earthwork operations, bringing in fill and borrow material, haul road development, clearing debris, erosion and rutting repair, levee surfacing, stone surfacing and placement, installation of stone armored protection, installation and rehabilitation of drainage structures, and establishment of turf for compromised levee sections. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, with a performance period of approximately 365 calendar days. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237990. A bid bond of 20% of the offeror's proposed price or $3,000,000 (whichever is less) is required, and performance and payment bonds for 100% of the award amount will be required prior to Notice to Proceed.
