Description
Sanford School District 6 J is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified service providers for E-Rate-eligible Category One dedicated Internet Access service for Sanford High School. Proposals must provide pricing for 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps dedicated, symmetrical bandwidth, with options for 12-month, 36-month, and 60-month initial terms and up to two additional one-year renewal periods. The requested solution should include all equipment, facilities, installation, configuration, testing, activation, monitoring, fault management, technical support, and licensing necessary for an operational service. A managed router and customer-premises equipment should be included if required, along with static public IPv4 address options and any available IPv6 capability. The preferred technology is leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent solution. Proposals must also describe service-level commitments for availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, outage reporting, service credits, and performance reporting. Itemized pricing must identify recurring, non-recurring, installation, configuration, construction, shipping, taxes, fees, licensing, and warranty costs, with separate eligible and ineligible allocations.
