Description
Elgin Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed leased lit fiber Internet Access solution serving all district locations, with bandwidth options of 10, 15, 20, and 25 Gbps. The service will terminate at the district data center and must include installation, initial configuration, maintenance, technical support, and bandwidth scalability during the contract term. The solicitation also requests pole attachment fees for at least 81 poles on the district-owned fiber WAN. Proposers should provide separate pricing for eligible and non-eligible services, identify any special construction and installment-payment options, include voluntary contract extensions, and comply with applicable E-Rate, FCC, and Texas Education Agency procurement requirements. The district is considering three-year and five-year contract terms.
