Ysleta Independent School District is offering for sale the Mesa Vista Elementary School campus, located at 8032 Alamo Avenue, El Paso, Texas. The property spans approximately 10.49 acres and includes a 66,865 square foot, one-story building constructed in 1970. The facility comprises classrooms, offices, a library, a commercial kitchen, cafeteria, gym, and a greenhouse. Site improvements feature asphalt parking and drives, concrete walkways, landscaping, and a canvas-covered playground. Offers must be submitted in hard copy with a $10,000 earnest money check made payable to Lone Star Title Company. The offer period remains open until an acceptable offer is received and a sale and purchase agreement is executed by Ysleta ISD. A site visit and inspection tour is scheduled for January 9, 2023, at 9 a.m. MDT. Questions regarding the procedures or property should be submitted in writing by January 17, 2023, via email, with responses to be posted on the Ysleta ISD website on January 19, 2023. All offers must be delivered by Friday, January 27, 2023, no later than 2 p.m. MDT.
