Description
Spring Branch Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a broad Category 2 network upgrade. The requested scope includes approximately 1,250 switches with necessary software and licenses, 5,500 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, two routers with necessary software and licenses, cabling totaling approximately 30,000 feet across the listed requests, and antennas, connectors, and related components in quantities ranging from 100 to 15,000 units. Aruba or equivalent equipment is identified for switches, wireless access points, and certain related components; Juniper Networks or equivalent equipment is identified for routers and related components. Installation and initial configuration are explicitly requested for the internal-connections equipment and cabling requests.
