Description
The Hawaii State Department of Health is seeking a contractor to conduct public health workforce research on healthcare providers who provide home birth and community-based midwifery. The research must include certified nurse-midwives, certified midwives, and/or Certified Professional Midwives. The findings will be used to update provider-to-population ratios in the Health Resources and Services Administration Bureau of Health Workforce Shortage Designation Management System. The solicitation identifies one job and a contract period from October 21, 2026, through March 31, 2027.
