Description
The City of West Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from a qualified firm to provide, develop, furnish, install, interface, train users on, implement, and maintain a mobile wellness application for the City's law enforcement officers and their families. The solution must be hardware-agnostic and support the City's law enforcement wellness program, including configuration, implementation, training, documentation, maintenance, ongoing support, and customization. The proposal package includes technical and administrative forms, references, an approach and implementation plan, capacity information, pricing, legal-proceedings disclosures, and applicable security and compliance materials. Addendum 1 changes the proposal submittal deadline to November 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.; all other RFP information remains unchanged.
