Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one mobile anesthesia cart, NSN 6530-01-617-1503. The specified item is a six-drawer tall steel cart with a key lock, blue color, antimicrobial properties, ball-bearing quick-release slides, dual push handles, an ABS plastic top, and five-inch casters, including swivel, braking, and tracking casters. It must have a stabilizer base with a non-marking plastic bumper. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied. Alternate offers require legible and complete technical data describing both the requested and alternate products; alternate offers without the required technical data will not be evaluated. The item must be packaged for safe delivery, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and delivered FOB destination within 20 days after delivery order. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
