Description
The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is soliciting bids for the replacement of Irrigation Taps No. 6 and No. 6A located on the Kearney Canal, which runs from approximately one and one-half miles east of Elm Creek, Nebraska, to Kearney, Nebraska. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as specified in the contract documents. The project falls under construction categories including general construction, earthwork, and mechanical construction. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on August 18, 2026, at the DISTRICT's Kearney office, and bidders must attend to be eligible to submit a bid.
