Description
The University of Wyoming intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for two identical high-speed, low-noise extended-SWIR InGaAs cameras, associated cooling packs, interface hardware, and control software. The cameras must cover the full 1.17–1.78 µm J+H band, provide at least approximately VGA resolution at approximately 15 µm pixel pitch, achieve read noise of no more than approximately 35 electrons, support full-frame rates of at least 300 frames per second and kilohertz windowed or region-of-interest operation, and include self-contained thermoelectric cooling to -40 °C. The required configuration includes a C-mount body, CameraLink and/or USB 3.1 output, a documented control software development kit, and manufacturer warranty and service. Interested parties that can provide a comparable product must submit a sufficiently detailed Statement of Capabilities. The notice states that the response is for informational purposes and may be used to determine whether a competitive solicitation will be conducted; it is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals.
