Description
The City seeks a single-price bid for 2.24 wetland mitigation credits for 1.12 acres of non-tidal wetlands. Credits must be within Hydrologic Unit Code 2080206 and available for the project; the contractor must be permitted to provide service where the project is located and guarantee the specified credits are available for sale. The bid must include all costs associated with the sale, including attorney fees and closing costs, and include a Geographic Service Area Map for the credits offered. The contractor must also be able to execute the provided Affidavit of Mitigation Credit Sale.
