Description

Lone Star College System is seeking pricing for a three-year renewal of its existing DigiCert environment, covering 135 DigiCert Basic OV FQDN SAN SSL/TLS certificate subscription entitlements and one DigiCert Business Support subscription. The subscription term is June 15, 2027, through June 14, 2030, with continuous coverage required and no substitution of another certificate authority without prior written approval. The selected supplier must be authorized to sell or resell the proposed DigiCert products, coordinate renewal under the College's existing DigiCert account, maintain certificate-management capabilities and administrative access, and provide related entitlement, support, and renewal documentation. Responses must include authorization confirmation, quantities, quoted SKUs or successor SKUs, unit and extended pricing, total three-year cost, invoicing schedule, price-protection information, support details, additional charges, and assumptions or exceptions. The solicitation may result in awards to more than one bidder.
