Description
Houston Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide dedicated Internet and data transmission services for 292 eligible entities. The requested Category 1 service has a capacity range of 5 Gbps to 100 Gbps, with a quantity of four service units, monthly payment terms, and a stated service range of one to four years. The scope includes installation and initial configuration. Vendors must register through the district's electronic bidding portal to obtain the solicitation documents and submit a response. The solicitation package identifies several vendor forms and supporting materials, including a certificate of insurance, criminal-history background check form, data privacy agreement, equal-opportunity form, Form CIQ, Texas Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, pre-employment service affidavit, reference survey, and W-9.
