Description
The Chicago Housing Authority is seeking one experienced FreshService consultant to provide staff augmentation and hands-on administration, configuration, optimization, and enhancement of its FreshService IT service-management platform. The scope includes service-catalog and category redesign, workflow and ticket-routing automation, SLA assessment and configuration, reporting and dashboards, user-experience improvements, custom forms, asset-management data cleansing and governance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and training for CHA IT staff. The engagement is a one-year base term with one option year. The consultant must demonstrate extensive FreshService experience in complex, multi-department environments, provide at least two comparable client references, and show expertise in ITIL-aligned methodology, workflow automation, ticket routing, SLA management, asset and configuration management, custom forms, and analytics. The role requires three days per week onsite at CHA headquarters, with remaining work potentially performed remotely. Respondents must submit a typed and signed quote, including the completed fee form; mandatory CHA forms and affidavits, insurance documentation, and utilization materials are required after notice of award or before contract performance as specified.
