NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed and/or electronic bids must be received in the Purchasing Office of the Caddo Parish School Board, 1961 Midway Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71108 no later than 10:30 a.m., CST on TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026 for the following: MARKER BOARDS AND BULLETIN BOARDS BID #10M-26 Specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Office of the Caddo Parish School Board, or you may download them from the CPSB website at www.caddoschools.org or electronic website (Bid Express) at www.bidexpress.com. It shall be the Bidders responsibility to make inquiry as to any Addenda issued. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The Caddo Parish School Board is soliciting bids for the procurement of porcelain steel markerboards and vinyl bulletin boards. The markerboards must be magnetic, trimmed with durable aluminum, include a marker tray, and have a long-term warranty. The bulletin boards must be frameless, fabric-backed vinyl over lightweight substrate, with antimicrobial treatment and a minimum 10-year warranty. The contract will run from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. The estimated annual expenditure is $60,000. Bids must be submitted on the provided form and either mailed or submitted electronically via Bid Express.
