Description
Carroll County, Virginia, is soliciting proposals from attorneys and law firms licensed to practice law in Virginia to provide governmental legal services as requested by the County. The scope may include general governmental counsel, ordinances and resolutions, Virginia Freedom of Information Act matters, procurement and contracts, land use and zoning, employment matters, real estate, economic development, litigation, and other legal services. The County will evaluate offerors based on professional qualifications, governmental experience, relevant legal experience, proposed personnel, availability, responsiveness, references, and overall suitability. The County may conduct discussions and negotiations with qualified offerors. Proposals are accepted until the position is filled.
