Description
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is acting as contracting authority for the London Boroughs' Legal Alliance, which is seeking to establish separate framework agreements with successful bidders. The frameworks are intended to provide a panel of preferred suppliers for specialist barrister advocacy and related legal services. Other local authorities in Greater London and specified areas of South-East England may also access the frameworks. This is a preliminary market engagement notice, not the tender itself. Interested parties are invited to complete and upload a questionnaire addressing the proposed lot structure, framework length, pricing schedules, framework terms, and value-added benefits. The estimated framework term is 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2031, with a possible extension to 31 December 2033.
