Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires construction services to create a contractor lay-down area and perform security upgrades at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide design plans, tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision. Work includes ground preparation, extending electric power to container locations, placing containers, installing a fence and gate, installing a ramp and curb, and installing security cameras. The period of performance is 295 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Amendment 0004 transmits the site visit sign-in sheet and states that no other changes are being made.
