Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation and Small Business Participation in all DOT contracts is encouraged. Description
Cobb County is soliciting bids for Resurfacing Contract 2027-3, Local Roads (South), Project No. B2934. The work covers asphaltic resurfacing on various county streets, including variable-depth milling, patching, pavement markings, traffic control, and related construction activities. All roads must be completed by October 31, 2027. Electronic bids will be received through Bid Express by 12:00 noon on October 22, 2026. The prebid conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. by teleconference through Cobb County DOT, and the bid opening is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Cobb County Procurement Services.
