Description
Cleveland County is soliciting a one-year contract for lawn and landscape maintenance at three locations: the Norman Health Department, the Moore Health Department, and Cleveland County Wellness Square. Services include mowing and edging, litter and debris removal, tree and shrub trimming and pruning, weed control, fertilizer application, flower-bed maintenance, mulching, seasonal planting, and irrigation-system checks, shutdowns, and startups. Seasonal planting and sprinkler repairs require separate quotes and prior facility-manager approval. Bidders must visit all three sites before submitting a bid, provide itemized pricing by location and service category, include rates for additional work, and submit proof of liability insurance and applicable licenses. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, workers’ compensation coverage, public liability and property-damage insurance, and monthly invoicing by location. The contract term is October 19, 2026, through October 18, 2027, with pricing fixed for the one-year period unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
