Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) solicits proposals for Port Handling and Inland Transportation (PHIT) services to support Exercise Keris Strike 2026. The period of performance is tentatively scheduled from July 5, 2026, to July 30, 2026. Services required include transportation, line haul, and material handling equipment operations within Malaysia. Vendors are encouraged to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, including the use of ramps for vehicle transport and ensuring all equipment and operators are licensed and authorized for the specified locations. The contractor will be responsible for all operational costs, including fuel, insurance, maintenance, and any necessary permits or fees. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
