Description
The City of Milwaukee is soliciting bids for Project No. 1, involving combined sewer main lining and manhole repair and lining. The work covers sewer infrastructure along S. 12th Street from W. Manitoba Street to W. Oklahoma Avenue and W. Manitoba Street from S. 6th Street to S. 12th Street. The solicitation includes a City of Milwaukee Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Compliance Plan that must be completed when an SBE requirement applies or when the proposer seeks SBE bonus points. It also includes a Socially Responsible Contractors (SRC) Affidavit of Compliance for bidders seeking the SRC bid incentive; the affidavit must describe qualifying employment-barrier reduction programs and be signed and notarized.
