Description
The Township seeks a supplier of liquid polyaluminum chloride for phosphorus removal in its wastewater sludge-handling process. The specified product is USALCO DelPAC1525 or an approved equal; proposed equivalents must undergo performance testing and meet stated chemical, treatment, and drinking-water-treatment chemical standards. Bidders must provide product data and a safety data sheet, a product study and sample for jar testing, technical representative resumes, and an emergency-call procedure. The contract includes delivery in 275-gallon totes or bulk shipments, product labeling, lot identification, certificates of analysis with deliveries, and technical support, including an annual on-site safety seminar.
