Description
The Ministry seeks one new, current-model-year, 22- to 24-foot rigid-hull inflatable boat configured for commercial government patrol operations, supplied with a tandem-axle trailer and a 200-hp four-stroke outboard motor. The vessel must meet detailed construction, capacity, performance, safety, and Transport Canada requirements, and include specified steering, seating, electrical systems, battery charging, shore power, anchoring equipment, and other onboard safety and operational equipment. The package also requires installation and integration of marine electronics and communications equipment, including a chartplotter, AIS transceiver, and VHF radio; the vessel must be prepared for future radar installation. The supplier must commission the vessel, conduct sea trials and acceptance testing, and provide the specified reports, manuals, warranty information, and equipment documentation. A completed Specifications Summary is mandatory. The stated budget is up to $150,000, and the desired delivery date is March 31, 2027 or earlier.
